6 QUALIFIED CHECKING BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

  • Before arrival checking – for each property before the arrival we arrange the complete check-up (electrical system, frames and windows, cleaning of the garden, pool, painting, checking for leaks, check functional appliances, etc.).
  • Meeting in Italy and assistance – our staff (also Russian speaking) will welcome you and will do everything to meet the initial requirements or solve the first problems that could arise.
  • Final control – at the end of the stay we will arrive to take back the keys, control the property and to refund the deposit.
