The villa is about 1,3km from the lake and 1,5 km from the town, near a beautiful medieval castle and approximately halfway between Milan and Venice and about 60km from the Thermae of Sirmione and Riva del Garda at only 19km.
This wonderful villa totally refurbished in 2008, in its original style with some pieces of original furniture. Its huge windows face the lake, enjoying the most stunning views of the lake and the surrounding panorama.
The garden was designed by Paghera, an important Italian landscape architect.
OUTDOOR: Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the villa includes on the lower level a pool and a quite big private patio, with a lovely barbecue place. Beside the pool irregular rounded form 5mx3m with sunbeds and sun-umbrellas, the changing room, a bathroom (with shower box) and another small storage room.
INDOOR: It is developed on two levels, where it is possible find:
1. on the groud floor: covered garage for 2 cars, the bathroom of the pool;
2. on the first floor: a large open space with a living room with flat screen TV and a very efficient wood stove, and a dining area with an open fully equipped kitchen; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (tub plus shower); a twin bedroom with a third pull-out bed, sharing a bathroom (with shower box) with a bunk bed bedroom with a pull-out bed. These three beds are slightly smaller than standard size beds (length 1.90 m, ideal for kids/teenagers). A studio room with a computer and a double sofa bed is also present.
